We arrived in the evening, hot and tired from our journey, and were immediately impressed by the Riad's friendly staff who greeted us at the airport and escorted us to the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling market and main square. Our room, the Maharaja suite, was absolutely magnificent with its Moroccan decor and private balcony. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and satisfying. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the courtyard, complete with orange trees and fountains.
We did experience some confusion regarding the tipping protocol for the trolley service that transported us to and from the taxi. It would have been helpful to receive more information about this upon arrival.

The hotel's location in the heart of the Medina was convenient for exploring the city. We easily found our way to the hotel by taxi and it was close to the main square. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and varied each day. The staff were cute and helpful, offering us good advice and recommendations for restaurants and attractions.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough. the location was perfect. Situated on a quiet alleyway in the heart of the Medina, it was easy to explore the bustling markets and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. They even arranged transport for me upon my arrival and departure, taking away any unnecessary stress. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated with a mix of old world Moroccan style and modern touches. I particularly loved the huge private terrace where I could enjoy the warm Moroccan evenings. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh pancakes cooked to order. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, and location.
There was genuinely nothing I could fault about my stay at this hotel.
